Chapa Realty PERSONALLY sets up each and every Quick n Easy Personal Home Search through the back-end of the actual Realtor Multiple Listing Database (MLS), to make sure you have the most accurate information available. This is the closest thing to having Broker/Realtor level access to the database, and you don't have to pay a dime.The best part about this personal listing portal is you will be able to narrow down the entire database of listings. You will have 3 main areas (simple-to-use "tabs") of your listings manager:
- Newly Matched Listings
- Saved
- Rejected
When you 1st enter your Personal Search Portal, all of your matched listings will be under the section labeled "Newly Matched Listings". We suggest the first thing you do, is go through the entire list, and "Save" or "Reject" ALL of the listings as you prefer. This will empty out your "Newly Matched" listings tab, making it much easier to manage NEW LISTINGS that meet your search criteria, as they come in!When your search is completed and ready for you to view, you will receive an email with the subject: "Client Portal Invitation". Be sure to keep an eye out for this.
