I cannot say enough how amazing it was working with Steve. Our situation was that we had a very limited amount of time to look at houses and very specific needs, but Steve was there and helped us out and really was around when we needed him. This was even after looking at about 35 houses over a span of 4 days!! I would definitely recommend Steve for anyone who's looking for a house (either buying or selling) in the greater St Louis area. The other thing that both my wife and I really appreciated was that Steve was very knowledgeable about the areas where the houses were, and whether or not they were good neighborhoods, ok neighborhoods or otherwise. In addition to all the other help he gave us, he also was very knowledgeable about about trustworthy, well-priced contractors in the area. Steve Chapa was great to work with!!!
